For those looking to splash around at a slower pace, a float down the 650 foot lazy river passes a cascading waterfall and through a mermaid trail and magical grotto.  The water park will also feature a pool and aqua play area complete water cannons, rotating sprays and a beached pirate ship, to complete the park’s swashbuckling pirate theme.

The new Italian Village, which opened in January 2009, added a further 162 luxurious two-bedroom family suites to the existing 453 rooms at the resort, and five new restaurants.  The themed Italian village complements the established Caribbean and French villages where you can choose from a range of suites and rooms, enjoy butler and concierge service and dine in style in one the 16 wonder gourmet restaurants.  All rooms and suites are designed to cater for the family holiday and air conditioned, featuring satellite television, 4-poster king size bed and private bathroom.
