With so many rides to choose from, there is a good spread for all ages, although families with children up to around the age of 12 will most likely get the best from a day at Paulton’s Park. Besides the more exciting rides, there is also a ‘Rio Grande’ train ride that will transport you around the grounds – it’s a great way to browse around and see what takes your fancy.

What is on offer at Paulton’s Park besides rides?

Paulton's Park, RomseyThere are other attractions on offer at Paulton’s park, including a selection of exotic animals – from Meerkats and Tortoises to Penguins (always good entertainment at feeding time) and Wallabies – and birds, including Birds of Prey and colourful Toucans. There is also the Water Kingdom waterpark, mini golf, panning for gold and several play areas including space for smaller children in Peppa Pig World.

Refreshments are available within the park, largely made up of the usual fayre you would expect to find in such a venue. Picnics are welcome and there are plenty of spaces to settle and eat although these do get very busy at peak times. Visitors are permitted to leave the park to retrieve items from their cars, making it a little easier to bring your own picnic, and if you haven’t brought a buggy for your child it is also possible to hire them if necessary.
