Set around a park area, the Garden Houses are semi-detached villas within private, secure gardens and overlooking the large Oasis pool. There are 10 one-bedroom Garden Houses at Martinhal, 20 with two bedrooms and 9 three-bedroom Master Deluxe Garden Houses.
The 10 Pinewood Houses are presented in a secluded close next to pleasantly-fragranced pine forest. These houses are link detached and each has a private pool and garden. 6 Pinewood Houses offer two bedrooms and the remainder have three bedrooms.
